What we collect

If you use the diagnostic form, we receive your name, company, email address, and the message you write. That is sent to us by email so we can reply. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Consent

Non-essential tools only run after you choose on the cookie banner. You can Accept all, Reject all, or Customize categories (Analytics and Company identification separately). Necessary cookies stay on so the site works. Change your mind anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer, or here: Cookie settings.

Analytics

We use analytics to understand how people find and use this site — for example which pages are read, roughly where visits come from, and which devices or browsers are used. We do not sell this data or use it to build an advertising profile of you.

Vercel Analytics measures aggregate traffic and is designed to be cookie-light. It runs so we can keep the site reliable; it does not identify you as an individual.

Google Analytics 4 (via Google's gtag) records usage events when you allow the Analytics category. That may involve cookies or similar identifiers and processing by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google's own notices are at policies.google.com/privacy. You can also use Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Company visitor identification

When you allow the Company identification category, we may use Leadinfo to recognise which companies visit the site (for example via business IP ranges matched to public company data). This is meant to show organisation-level interest — not to identify which individual person browsed a page. You can allow Analytics without Company identification, or the other way around. Leadinfo processes data in the EU; see Leadinfo's GDPR information. Companies can ask Leadinfo to opt out of recognition.

If you fill in the diagnostic form, we know you as a person because you told us. That is separate from company visitor identification.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to have the conversation and, if we work together, to run the engagement. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time. Analytics retention follows the settings in Google Analytics and Leadinfo.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to info@nota-b.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
